Program Manager 2
In this Role, You Will Focus On:
- Build long-term customer partnerships through trust and delivery excellence.
- Planning and managing end‑to‑end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Managing budgets, resource allocation, and cost control (EAC management)
- Identifying project risks and dependencies, and implementing mitigation plans
- Tracking project progress using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Ensuring timely communication through status reports, dashboards, and meetings
- Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Ensuring adherence to organizational standards, processes, and compliance requirements

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline)
- 15+ years of experience managing medium to large‑scale control system projects
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and project execution methodologies (project management methodologies and best practices)
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, cost, and risk & stockholder management
- Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· PMP, MBA certification
- Experience managing cross‑functional or global teams
- Exposure to Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, Life Sciences, or Process Industries
- Proven working experience in project management of Distributed Control Systems (DCS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) /Emergency Shutdown System (ESD) systems.
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen and experience handling contracts and change management
