Program Manager
Summary
Oversee multiple large, cross-functional programs, setting goals, budgets, and timelines while driving process improvements and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic priorities into program goals, OKRs, KPIs, roadmaps, and action plans.
- Lead multiple large and highly complex programs across business functions.
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and training.
- Manage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change management initiatives.
- Analyze program performance and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness.
- Define, document, coordinate, and implement business requirements.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and achieve program objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks or constraints that could affect program delivery.
- Maintain program documentation and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Lead teams, delegate assignments, and mentor team members.
- Support development and implementation of department policies, standards, and processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, Generative AI, and automation, for practical business applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong experience managing multiple complex programs and initiatives.
- Experience translating strategic objectives into executable programs and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience developing requirements, procedures, implementation plans, and workflows.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business requirements analysis and solution development experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities.
- Working knowledge of strategy execution frameworks such as OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, or Hoshin Planning.
- Working knowledge of AI, Generative AI, automation, and emerging technology trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent experience.
- Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) certification or experience with portfolio prioritization and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, industry regulations, and business practices.
