Manages software projects end-to-end, setting milestones, budgets, and processes while ensuring collaboration and transparency throughout development cycles.
Designs project plans, which identify needs and define major tasks and milestones, based on scope, resources, budget, and personnel. Requires a thorough knowledge of Project management Methodology and approaches to incorporate sufficient Collaboration, Transparency and Feedback loops.
