Program Manager

Overview:
Garud is seeking a Program Manager that will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of acquisition support services across assigned orders. This role ensures schedules, quality, staffing, and deliverables are managed effectively while supporting FEMA’s mission and contract performance goals.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned order projects.
• Organize and direct staff activities to ensure timely completion of technical and financial tasks.
• Monitor schedules, deliverables, and quality standards across project activities.
• Support hiring, staffing, employee performance, and day-to-day team management.
• Ensure work products align with FEMA requirements, contract scope, and performance expectations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of experience managing projects or programs of increasing complexity.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing teams and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business tracking tools.

Additional Requirements

• Experience managing projects with varying levels of technical complexity.
• Ability to train, direct, and oversee employee work activities.
• Experience handling performance reviews, timecard approvals, and personnel issues.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition support environments is strongly preferred.
