Department highlights\:
• The Program Manager, Pipeline Initiatives & Grants is responsible for the hands-on coordination of workforce pipeline and employee development programs within the Career Transformation Center.
• This role supports program delivery by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, communicating with academic and industry partners, and assisting with grant-related tracking and reporting.
• The position functions as an individual contributor focused on execution, organization, and program support rather than leadership or staff oversight.
