Program Manager, Accelerator

Manage and support early-stage startup projects by developing educational programs, workshops, timelines, resources, and mentor networks. The role also involves administrative coordination, networking events, stakeholder relationships, and strategy development with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and support projects through their early startup journey
• Develop timelines of workshops, activities, and resources to support project growth
• Identify, recruit, and onboard subject matter experts, curriculum creators, mentors, and advisors
• Develop educational programs, curriculum, and mentor scheduling
• Perform administrative duties to support projects in the ecosystem
• Plan and drive culture-building and networking events
• Work with leadership to develop strategies, assess program strengths, and address improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of startup or technology experience, ideally in an operations-based role
• Ability to lead multiple programs from beginning to end
• Project management and client-facing experience
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and work without close management
• Understanding of and engagement with the venture and startup ecosystem
• Experience leading or supporting a tech startup accelerator or incubator preferred
• Experience in a tech startup or coaching startups preferred
• Passion for technology startups and entrepreneurship preferred
• Web3 or blockchain ecosystem knowledge is a plus
