Program Manager, Agentic Deployments
Summary
Owns end-to-end customer deployments of Skan AI's agentic AI platform, from kickoff and discovery through build, testing, and initial agent go-live. Runs stage gates, acts as the customer's primary program contact, and coordinates Agentic Solutions and engineering teams, with 3-5+ years of program/project management required.
- Own customer deployments end to end. Drive each engagement from kickoff and discovery through build, testing, and initial agent deployment, keeping it on scope, on schedule, and on track to the outcome the customer signed up for.
- Run the stage-gate process. Manage the go/no-go gates between phases, confirm entry and exit criteria are met, and keep the work moving without skipping the steps that matter.
- Be the customer's primary program contact. Set expectations, keep the executive sponsor engaged, run the cadence, and keep the relationship grounded in clear, trustworthy delivery.
- Coordinate the teams that deliver. Partner closely with the Agentic Solutions and engineering teams, manage dependencies across them, and clear blockers before they slip the timeline.
- Own the deployment artifacts and deliverables. Produce and standardize the engagement charters, delivery plans, status reports, runbooks, and customer-facing deliverables each deployment depends on, so quality stays consistent across engagements.
- Establish repeatable processes and practices. Turn how we deploy into a documented, reusable playbook, covering intake, kickoff, stage gates, and handoffs, that scales as we add customers instead of reinventing each engagement.
- Own internal and external reporting. Give the customer and internal leadership a clear, straight view of where each engagement stands: status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
- 3 to 5+ years in program or project management, ideally delivering software or technology implementations to external customers.
- A track record of owning complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and external dependencies.
- Strong customer-facing skills: you set expectations, manage stakeholders, and keep executive sponsors engaged.
- Comfortable with technical concepts and technical teams.
- Excellent organization and communication. You produce clear documentation, plans, and reporting, bring structure to ambiguity, and can run several workstreams at once.
- Comfortable in a startup or fast-changing environment where priorities shift and you help build the process, not just follow it.
- Experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations to large organizations.
- Experience building or standardizing delivery playbooks, artifacts, or processes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, and data products.
- Experience running a stage-gate or other structured delivery methodology.
- Insurance or financial services experience.
- Comfortable coordinating across distributed teams and time zones.
