Program Manager (APAC)

About the role

Bridger has established strong competitive advantages with our Gas Mapping LiDAR™ technology, and we are seeking an outstanding Program Manager to accommodate and continue our growth. The successful candidate will work closely with our GML Operations and Sales team to interface with high-value clients throughout the execution of our project lifecycles. This position is intended to be filled with an internal transfer, providing an opportunity for an existing Bridger employee to expand their experience across Project Management and Solutions Consulting.

This role reports to the Project Management organization, with project execution and operational delivery serving as its primary responsibilities. On an annualized basis, the position is expected to allocate approximately 50% of its time to Project Management and 50% to Solutions Consulting. These allocations may vary significantly month to month based on project schedules, regional priorities, customer needs, and business demand.

What you'll do

Project Management

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects from initial handoff through final data delivery and project closeout.

• Coordinate project logistics, including personnel, equipment, shipping, travel, site access, subcontractors, aviation providers, and other operational requirements.

• Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to confirm availability, qualifications, scope alignment, performance, and compliance with project requirements.

• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships with both management and operations

• Deliver and effectively communicate reports and information to clients

• Facilitate internal and customer-facing project meetings and communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly.

• Identify and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency, consistency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

• Partner across Operations, Data Analysis, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to support successful customer delivery.

Solutions Consulting

• Collaborate with the sales team to support cost estimation, project planning, and pricing for clients

• Support the creation of customized proposals and presentations that address client-specific operational challenges.

• Attend regional industry conferences and trade shows to showcase Bridger Photonics’ solutions.

• Understand each customer’s operational objectives, challenges, workflows, and success criteria to ensure Bridger’s services deliver meaningful value.

• Coordinate customer training, data reviews, operational debriefs, and follow-up activities as required.

• Proactively identify customer concerns, adoption barriers, and account risks, and coordinate appropriate internal support.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and expand the use of Bridger’s solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. - 4-year degree
• 2+ years demonstrated account management experience or customer-facing project management experience

• Demonstrated experience with independent project planning and execution

• Proven track record demonstrating the development of customer relationships

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining flexibility to collaborate across time zones.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure situations while managing competing priorities.
