PROGRAM MANAGER

About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Program Manager and Central Project Officer in the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) of the United States Army Garrison-Humphreys (USAG-H). This position is responsible for contingency operations, and crisis management, including all programs, products and services provided by organization to support its higher HQ mission and tenants at USAG-Humphreys. Plans and evaluates installation workloads to improve efficiency and meet mission goals.

Conducts long-range planning to anticipate workload changes and policy impacts.

Monitors program performance and applies corrective actions to keep schedules and costs on track.

Oversees projects by resolving delays, cost issues, and technical problems.

Manages contingency and crisis work order programs and coordinates complex DPW projects.

Reviews and manages project milestones and budgets from planning through completion.

Prepares and reviews reports, program documents, and project directives.

Maintains internal controls, manages work request data, and organizes workflow with stakeholders.

Communicates project status, issues, and impacts clearly to customers and leadership.
