We are seeking 3 highly capable and experienced Program Managers to support our federal government client in leading strategic, large-scale digital transformation programs driving data, technology, and cyber initiatives for the agency.

Flexible national locations across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, or SA.
- Due to the nature of this environment, must hold a current Baseline security clearance
Role & Responsibilities
Translate enterprise roadmaps and program blueprints into executable delivery plans, aligning program outcomes and investment decisions with overarching organisational goals.
Oversee integrated roadmaps, scope, major milestones, and complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams and projects to ensure seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.
Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks, stage gates, risk management, escalation pathways, and change control processes following defined delivery frameworks.
Direct program budgets, managing resource planning, procurement activities, vendor relationships, and commercial outcomes.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams, fostering a high-performance culture, continuous improvement, and delivery maturity.
Influence senior executive stakeholders, sponsors, and governance bodies through clear, data-driven reporting, strategic advice, and comprehensive change management.
Skills & Experience
Technical Toolkit: Strong expertise in enterprise digital transformation, program management frameworks, portfolio governance, cyber, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and delivery reporting metrics.
Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership experience managing complex digital, data, or technology transformation programs within Australian Government agencies, public sector entities, or research institutions.
Financial Oversight: Proven track record mobilising and managing large-scale programs with annual budgets exceeding $10m.
Core Capabilities: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success driving organisational change and leading geographically dispersed teams.
