Program Manager (Bank)
About the role
Manage programme delivery by defining and driving execution per strategy and roadmap across Singapore and regional markets. Obtain buy-in and approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution. Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units and teams to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery.
Serve as Secretariat of Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee.
Key responsibilities
Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy and roadmap (SG and regionally)
Obtain buy-in and approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution
Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units and teams to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports
Ensure that implementation actions and challenges are identified and addressed effectively
Ensure quality of deliverables to render benefits outlined in the business case for the assigned program
Provide leadership and regulatory updates to steering committee meetings to provide visibility on project milestones and status
Develop the agenda, organise meeting cadences, and maintain related documentation for Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee
Support the performance management process by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard
About you
6 – 10 years' of relevant experience in technology program management
Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk
Ability to understand and work at technical-level and summarize communications at strategic and executive level for business stakeholders and senior executives
Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to influence key stakeholders with data-driven and insightful point of view
Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program improvements
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
