Program Manager

BKN301 in Milan is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of complex fintech and banking programs with cross-functional teams. You will own projects from planning to execution, coordinating international teams, and advising senior leadership to drive alignment and transformation across markets.

Plan and lead complex fintech and banking programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. Tech and Product) and manage vendors or clients. Drive the successful delivery of multi-stream programs aligned with BKN301's strategy. Build and maintain governance and reporting frameworks for visibility and control. Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple workstreams. Promote Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement. 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in fintech, banking, or consulting. Proven track record in IT transformation programs, migrations, or regulatory-driven projects. Experience managing complex, international programs (multi-country or multi-stream). Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across technical and business areas. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence). Hybrid work in Milan
