Chromalloy Program Manager – CCP / USM / Repairs
Location: Glasgow Office with periodic travel to repair facilities, suppliers, and customer sites.
May require international travel.
Summary:
The Program Manager – CCP / USM / Repairs will be key member of the C-TSL management team providing leadership and direction on key programs.
He/she has overall responsibility for the end‑to‑end commercial and operational management of Chromalloy Capital Parts (CCP), Used Serviceable Material (USM), and Repair programs supporting C-TSL’s growth targets going forward.
This role integrates program management execution with aftermarket asset management principles, including material valuation, repair versus replace decision‑making, yield optimization, and lifecycle value realization. The position serves as the single point of accountability across Sales, Supply Chain, manufacture and repair operations to ensure customer commitments and business financial performance objectives are met.
Primary Accountabilities:
Program Ownership
Own CCP, USM, and repair programs from commercial handoff through execution and close‑out.
Act as the single‑threaded program leader, coordinating cross‑functional execution and issue resolution.
Ensure program scope, schedule, cost, and margin objectives are achieved.
Commercial & Material Strategy
Evaluate incoming material and assemblies to determine optimal disposition, including:
Repair
Exchange
Harvest
Resale or scrap
Apply market‑based valuation logic considering demand, repair economics, lead time, and yield.
Support pricing strategy development for CCP, USM, and repaired material in alignment with market conditions.
Repair Program Management
Define and manage repair induction strategy and prioritization.
Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to ensure repair scopes support commercial and delivery commitments.
Monitor repair performance, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.
Financial & Performance Management
Own program‑level financial performance, including revenue, margin, and inventory exposure.
Develop forecasts for material demand, repair throughput, and program cost.
Partner with Finance to support inventory valuation inputs and margin analysis.
Customer & Stakeholder Interface
Serve as the primary customer contact for CCP, USM, and repair programs.
Provide clear, proactive communication on program status, risks, and commercial impacts.
Support Sales during proposal development, negotiations, and customer reviews.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial or aero‑derivative gas turbines, MRO, parts, repairs, or aftermarket services.
Demonstrated experience managing USM, repairs, or material‑intensive programs.
Familiarity with mid‑frame IGT platforms and/or LM‑series gas turbines strongly preferred.
Proven ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational trade‑offs.
