Responsibilities
- Manage product programs to meet customer specifications and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project execution to successfully realize new product introductions on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals
- Control project costs by tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Plan and execute organizational readiness activities for production ramp-up and scale
- Communicate and document engineering changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders for allocated products
- Develop and implement cost reduction and lead time improvement programs in collaboration with customers
- Lead, mentor, and develop the project team to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business objectives
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of program or project management experience in precision engineering or manufacturing
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage customer relationships effectively
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
