Program Manager

You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs spanning technology, operations, compliance, and product. You will establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders, maintain plans and roadmaps, remove blockers, and provide clear status reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, status reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and milestone tracking.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define scope, prioritise deliverables, and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage dependencies and mitigate risks across programs.
• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, legal, compliance, and operations.
• Develop project plans, resource allocation models, and delivery roadmaps.
• Embed program and project management best practices.
• Report program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of program or project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale technology and operational integrations in a post-M&A context.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience providing structure and governance in ambiguous, fast-moving, or non-structured environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
