PROGRAM MANAGER
Summary
Oversee Navy Wounded Warrior program initiatives, manage resources, and generate reports to ensure program effectiveness and staffing alignment.
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Commander Navy Installation Command (CNIC) of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
You will manage project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics, and resolves conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources.
You will collect data and use it to generate reports on work volume and projected staffing needs.
You will provide direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, evaluation, improvement, and sustainment of the Navy Wounded Warrior program and initiatives.
You will establish long-range, intermediate, and short-range plans; allocate/identify resources; and provide a reports and evaluation system to determine program effectiveness.
You will assign work based on shifting priorities, evaluate employee performance, and keep employees informed of management and personnel policies.
