Summary
Manages end-to-end program delivery for Conversation Banking transformation initiatives in BFSI, coordinating cross-functional teams and owning Contact Center workstream planning/reporting; core technologies include Chatbot, Voicebot, NLU/LLM, and Genesys Cloud.

BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program delivery for Conversation Banking transformation initiatives
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep delivery aligned with programme milestones
- Own planning, tracking, and reporting for the Contact Center-related workstream
- Escalate and resolve delivery risks/issues in a timely manner
- Support stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technology teams
Required / Must-Have Skills
- At least 4–5 years of Program Management experience in a PM-lead capacity
- Experience working within a Transformation programme/project construct
- Experience in a large global organization (preferably Retail Banking)
- Understanding of the Contact Center domain within any banking context
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Chatbot & Voicebot exposure
- NLU, LLM / GenAI exposure
- RM Chat (WhatsApp)
- Genesys Cloud
