Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and tools, particularly in Smartsheet and MS Project. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, manage project risks, and ensure effective governance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking financials, and providing executive reporting to senior management. You will also facilitate SteerCo meetings and ensure that all project documentation is maintained accurately. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong understanding of financial tracking and project planning is essential.
