About you

  • BS or MS in computer science or engineering field

  • Prior success as a technical program manager in a high growth technology business

  • Experience in project management and coordinating/driving release schedules; experience working with vendors building complex software applications; experience leading end-to-end project lifecycles - business proposals, requirements, detailed functional and test specifications.

  • Experience with operations and business metric analysis

  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all roles and levels of management

  • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Sick of the waste and inefficiency in healthcare and motivated to change the status quo

What you'll do

  • Own all workflow, platform, and engineering improvements for an operational team

  • Collaborate with other project managers to ensure that all non-laboratory operational groups are operating at maximum efficiency and capacity

  • Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and requirements

  • Lead cross-functional development efforts and build applications from design through delivery

  • Collaborate with business operations to identify and execute on strategic initiatives

  • Communicate effectively with senior management and manage risks, change control, and progress
