About you
BS or MS in computer science or engineering field
Prior success as a technical program manager in a high growth technology business
Experience in project management and coordinating/driving release schedules; experience working with vendors building complex software applications; experience leading end-to-end project lifecycles - business proposals, requirements, detailed functional and test specifications.
Experience with operations and business metric analysis
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all roles and levels of management
Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Sick of the waste and inefficiency in healthcare and motivated to change the status quo
What you'll do
Own all workflow, platform, and engineering improvements for an operational team
Collaborate with other project managers to ensure that all non-laboratory operational groups are operating at maximum efficiency and capacity
Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and requirements
Lead cross-functional development efforts and build applications from design through delivery
Collaborate with business operations to identify and execute on strategic initiatives
Communicate effectively with senior management and manage risks, change control, and progress
