Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale CRM and digital transformation program (~$20–25M over two years) for a large enterprise in Sydney — running phased, multi-wave rollouts, owning budget, vendors, governance and risk, and aligning business and technology stakeholders using Agile ways of working.

Salary: No

Lead end-to-end delivery of a major CRM and digital transformation program within a large enterprise. Guide the program from planning through to implementation across multiple delivery waves, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment are maintained across business and technology teams throughout.

The role
  • Own end-to-end program delivery for a large-scale CRM and digital platform transformation, working across multiple business and technology workstreams.
  • Lead a phased, multi-wave rollout — from foundational capability through to full enterprise-wide parity and ongoing enhancement.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and alignment across business and technology teams, including regular workshops, steering forums, and executive reporting.
Key responsibilities
  • Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain strong relationships across business sponsors, technology leads, and delivery teams; act as a trusted point of contact for all parties.
  • Conflict resolution: navigate competing priorities and resolve tension between business and technology stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
  • Project planning and governance: own the program plan, milestones, RAID, and change control; establish stage gates and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaboration: work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to translate requirements into deliverable workstreams.
  • Agile delivery: run the program using Agile ways of working, balancing structured governance with iterative delivery.
  • Financial management: own budget control and financial reporting across a program in the order of $20–25M over two years, including vendor cost management and business case tracking.
  • Vendor management: oversee platform, systems integrator, and specialist partner relationships; balance buy-vs-build, cost, capability, and time-to-value.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years leading complex, multi-workstream transformation programs in large enterprise environments.
  • Proven delivery of CRM or digital platform transformation, ideally including phased migration and legacy decommissioning.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience managing programs of comparable scale.
  • Skilled in Agile delivery methods and comfortable operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership that influences cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, security, data, commercial) with clear, structured communication.
