About Crowned Grace International
Crowned Grace International (CGINTL) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Woman-Owned Small Business that delivers management consulting, workforce transformation, and mission support to the Department of Defense, federal civilian agencies, and Fortune 1000 clients. CGINTL holds GSA Multiple Award Schedule and OASIS+ contracts, is ISO 9001:2015 certified, and maintains internal controls rated Adequate by DCAA. Our purpose is captured in our motto: Accelerating Mission-Ready Capabilities.
The Opportunity
CGINTL is building a team to help a federal civilian agency's Office of Acquisitions close a backlog of expired contracts, including cost-reimbursement contracts, IDIQs, and fixed-price and time-and-materials awards. You will lead the program end to end: setting the closeout plan and burn-down targets with the Contracting Officers, building and managing the team, removing blockers, and making sure every package that reaches the Government is complete, compliant, and ready for signature.
What You'll Do
- Program leadership and Government liaison: Acts as the primary point of contact for the COR and Contracting Officers. Leads kickoff, weekly status meetings, and monthly program reviews; documents Government direction and decisions.
- Closeout planning and burn-down management: Develops and maintains the integrated closeout plan. Works with the COs to prioritize actions by age, contract type, dollar value, and risk; sets burn-down targets and forecasts completion.
- Staffing and personnel management: Recruits, onboards, and assigns staff; manages badging and PIV processing; evaluates performance; directs any teammate; adjusts staffing as backlog volumes and CO priorities change.
- Risk, issue, and escalation management: Identifies blockers such as missing contractor releases, unsettled indirect rates, unreconciled unliquidated obligations, and non-responsive contractors; escalates each with a recommended course of action.
- Quality and compliance oversight: Owns the Quality Control Plan; enforces the inherently governmental boundary, safeguarding of contractor proprietary and personal information, personal conflict-of-interest requirements, and limitations on subcontracting.
- Contract administration and reporting: Delivers monthly status reports and contract deliverables, reviews invoices, and manages transition-in and transition-out.
