Program Manager
Summary
Oversee a global IT services team supporting U.S. Army logistics and C4ISR operations, managing cost, schedule, quality, and staffing while ensuring compliance and reporting to government stakeholders.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules
- Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan
- Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews
- Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution
- Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel
- Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance
Education & Experience
- 8+ years of program or project management experience leading DoD or Federal IT services efforts of comparable size, scope, and complexity
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field)
Certifications
- ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity
Security Clearance
- Secret clearance
