What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate project expectations effectively and in a timely manner to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Facilitate the definition of project objectives, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or contribute to resolving conflicts within projects, across projects, or between functions; implement progress tracking methods; and provide oversight as needed.
- Manage project budgets and financial aspects.
- Interact regularly with clients to understand their needs and develop delivery plans.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues and implement changes.
- Present oral and written reports on plans, issues, and solutions to appropriate levels of management.
- Understand the relationship between projects and the company’s strategic objectives, and maximize value-added activities.
More specifically:
- Establish and continuously manage project expectations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, while identifying and managing dependencies and the critical path.
- Develop and deliver status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively perform risk management and mitigation activities.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions when required.
- Be accountable for revenue and cash flow management.

- Excellent understanding of aircraft design, integration, and manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional and cross-company activities (engineering, operations, finance, customer service, etc.).
- Good knowledge of contractual terms, conditions, and subcontract management.
- Experience operating under a Profit and Loss (P&L) model.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities at all levels.
- Resilient, results-driven, and action-oriented individual with a strong commitment to delivering projects successfully.
- Effective under pressure and tight deadlines; comfortable taking ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative team player demonstrating strong leadership potential.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, combined with more than 8 years of relevant experience.
- PMP certification is considered an asset; candidates currently pursuing certification will also be considered.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
