Program Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects across multiple business functions.

The role involves managing project governance, developing execution plans, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing medium to large-scale projects across multiple geographies, with strong capabilities in stakeholder management, risk management, project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large-scale strategic and operational projects.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, timelines, deliverables and resource requirements.

- Manage project governance and ensure alignment with key internal and global stakeholders.

- Identify potential project risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.

- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets and defined delivery objectives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, HR and Facilities to achieve project deliverables.

- Manage projects across different geographies, including US, EMEA and APAC regions.

- Track project progress, identify concerns and prepare periodic status reports and management updates.

- Conduct project governance meetings and stakeholder reviews to monitor progress and address challenges.

- Facilitate effective communication between business teams, functional leaders and global counterparts.

- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to overcome execution challenges and improve project outcomes.

- Ensure effective coordination and timely completion of assigned project initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management or Strategic Project Execution.

- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects across multiple business functions and geographies.

- Strong understanding of project planning, governance, milestone tracking and risk management.

- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with teams across Operations, IT, Finance, HR or Facilities.

- Ability to manage global projects involving stakeholders across US, EMEA and APAC regions.

- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and coordination skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

- MBA / PGDM preferred, with a strong academic background.

- PMP certification preferred / mandatory as per the final hiring requirement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.

- Exposure to global project management and business transformation initiatives.

- Experience working with senior leadership and international stakeholders.
