PROGRAM MANAGER/DEPUTY

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager/Deputy in the Navy Casualty Office (PERS-00C) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight of Navy Casualty programs.

You will serve as the principal advisor and technical authority on DON Casualty, POW/MIA, PA and PR programs.

You will assist in the planning and programming budget development in support of Navy Casualty programs.

You will directly assign work to subordinates and when appropriate establish priorities and dates for completion

You will coordinate with the director, other command directorates and primary staff to ensure proper management of programs and projects and completion of goals and objectives.
