Program Manager (Endpoint Security)
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering execution for endpoint and client services platforms, ensuring solutions align with architecture, security, and operational standards.
- Drive automation and system integration to reduce manual processes and improve endpoint management and vulnerability remediation.
- Partner with security, architecture, and engineering teams to improve endpoint vulnerability management, including identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security controls, compliance baselines, and patch management strategies across global environments.
- Integrate endpoint management platforms, vulnerability tools, ITSM systems, and reporting solutions to provide end-to-end visibility and control.
- Provide engineering input during solution design to ensure solutions are scalable, practical, secure, and operationally supportable.
- Support service transition and operational readiness, ensuring solutions, automation, documentation, and processes are ready for BAU operations.
- Develop and maintain scripts, automation frameworks, APIs, and orchestration workflows using technologies such as PowerShell and Python.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, vulnerability trends, and operational performance to identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with global operations teams to standardize engineering practices, tools, and processes across regions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across endpoint engineering, vulnerability management, automation, and service operations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, client services, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, AVD, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong experience in vulnerability management, endpoint patching, compliance, and security controls.
- Strong scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of APIs, systems integration, automation frameworks, and orchestration tools.
- Experience integrating endpoint platforms with vulnerability management, ITSM, and reporting systems.
- Understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, security baselines, patch management, and remediation processes.
- Ability to analyze operational and security data, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Experience with service transition, operational readiness, and BAU handover.
- Ability to work across architecture, security, engineering, and operations teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in global and cross-functional environments.
- Endpoint / EUC: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, or equivalent.
- Security: CompTIA Security+, CISSP/Associate, CEH, or equivalent security certifications.
- Cloud & Automation: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent.
- IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation.
- Program & Delivery: Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
