Reporting to the Associate Director, Growth, Innovation and Future State, this position manages planning, execution, participant experience, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality experiences for veteran and military-connected business leaders. This role translates program goals into workplans, oversees the full program and conference lifecycle, and partners across Shared Services, MarComms, CRM/Salesforce, finance, and external stakeholders to align recruitment, communications, registration, logistics, content delivery, sponsorship activation, and post-program follow-up. The position also supports the Associate Director on future growth initiatives, helping pilot new offerings and refine delivery models. This position requires strong project and event leadership, stakeholder management, and sound judgment to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining participant service, sponsor stewardship, and mission alignment. Preference given to candidates with experience in conference management, program delivery, entrepreneurship programming, and partner engagement. **This position may be filled on a fully remote basis if the identified candidate is not currently located in Syracuse, NY (within 50 miles).
