About the Position: This position is located with the 3D United States Infantry Regiment, "The Old Guard" (TOG), Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH), Arlington, Virginia.
Direct long-range planning for equine program operations.
Manage multi-year budgets for equine operations and facilities programs.
Develop and implement policies governing equine operations.
Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify operational deficiencies.
Lead program briefings and outreach efforts to communicate program goals, challenges, resources, and performance outcomes.
Lead incident investigations for equine related events.
