Summary
An experienced Program Manager in Sydney to deliver a complex transformation project end to end — owning project plans, governance, vendor management (RFI/RFP, multi-vendor commercials) and stakeholder engagement while driving delivery from Waterfall to Scaled Agile. A background in Amazon Connect, AWS and IVR/telephony is highly regarded.
Program Manager
We are looking to onboard an experienced Program Manager to commence on immediate basis. You will be responsible for delivering this complex project, managing vendors and liaising with key areas to ensure programs are successfully delivered

Essential Capabilities:
Experienced in driving the implementation of new ways of working and project delivery practices.
Established pedigree in working across complex transformation programs and driving delivery approach from Waterfall to Scaled Agile practice.
Management of project plan, scope of work, schedule, critical path, governance, business and integration requirements, implementation and execution approach
Solid experience in RFI/RFP processes, onboarding/offboarding vendors and negotiating commercials within multi vendor environment.
A background in Amazon Connect, AWS, IVR/Telephony projects will be highly regarded.
Consultative approach with solid experience in managing project /program governance, reporting and delivery leadership
Foster engagement with both internal and external stakeholders - you have the personality to work closely with multiple project/program teams to bring them on a journey of change and adapt to established ways of working
Highly Desirable Capabilities:
Experienced in working across complex programs, managing delivery and organisational change challenges.
Implementation and delivery of New ways of working will be advantageous
Strong foundation on Program Management delivery and governance
Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills
Consultative, collaborative and adapative in engaging with several stakeholders and C-Level executives.
