Program Manager
Summary
Leads a Single Sign-On (SSO) application onboarding program in a banking environment, coordinating DevOps and onboarding teams while managing stakeholders and risks.
We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an SSO (Single Sign-On) Application Onboarding program within a large-scale banking environment.
Responsibilities
Own and drive the delivery of the SSO Application Onboarding track
Coordinate activities across DevOps and Application Onboarding teams
Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication
Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure governance compliance
Prepare reporting and decision-making materials for senior management
Support change management and communication activities
Requirements
Proven experience managing large-scale banking and/or IT transformation programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or application onboarding initiatives
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira
Strong reporting and governance capabilities
Structured, delivery-focused mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Previous experience working with Nordea
