Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management across Data and Finance, from planning and execution through successful delivery.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Business, Technology, and vendor teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive outcomes.
• Lead data, design, and solution discussions and manage internal/external project teams to deliver within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including governance meetings, status reporting, documentation, and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage scope, change requests, risks, issues, timelines, and costs, ensuring appropriate impact assessment, approvals, and timely escalation.
• Drive the testing strategy and testing cycles, ensuring effective defect management and resolution of all critical and high-priority defects within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience in data management, financial systems, system integration, reporting, and finance-related projects.
• Good understanding of accounting standards and regulatory requirements, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Excel Macros, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA, and data analysis; strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in matrixed environments and deliver under pressure; PMP certification preferred.
