Your new role

As Senior Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of a major strategic technology program spanning connected care, clinical systems modernisation and operational transformation. You will oversee an enterprise program, coordinate multiple workstreams and lead multidisciplinary teams across technology, operations and clinical environments.

The program will incorporate technologies such as nurse call systems, environmental sensing platforms, AI-enabled monitoring and alerting capabilities, and clinical technology integrations.


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be an accomplished technology Program Manager with experience delivering complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs. You will bring:
  • Proven experience leading large scale transformation programs
  • Previous experience within healthcare, aged care, community services or social services
  • Strong program governance, portfolio management and delivery framework expertise
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, workstreams, vendors and stakeholder groups
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex operational environments
  • Exceptional executive stakeholder management, communication and influencing capabilities
  • A commercially minded, delivery-focused approach with strong attention to governance and execution
  • The ability to navigate complexity, build accountability and bring together people, processes and technology
