Program Manager II, Amazon Device Accessories (ComPAS)
We are hiring a Program Manager II, with worldwide scope, who is an expert in Amazon catalog, classification, and enforcement systems. This PM will own the 3P reclassification program end-to-end — writing and implementing the SOPs that reduce ASIN misclassification, managing seller enforcements, driving actionable insights in business reviews, and using AI-skills to move the process from manual to automated. The role also supports 3P expansion into new device categories, starting with Ring, Blink, and eero.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the WW 3P classification program. Manage the process end-to-end across NA, EU and ROW regions. Write the SOPs and drive adoption with partner teams to improve classification at scale.
- Automate using AI and internal tooling. Reduce manual review by partnering with tech teams to apply AI/LLM-based classification and workflow automation.
- Turn data into insight. Use existing dashboards to write WBR and QBR narratives. Translate the numbers into clear actions for the team and for senior leadership.
- Own enforcement. Write and operate the SOP for managing evasive sellers and bad actors in partnership with Seller Risk and Legal teams.
- Enable 3P expansion into new device categories. Starting with Ring, Blink, and eero, onboard new device families to the classification and reporting mechanisms.
- Raise the bar on mentoring and developing the best. Opportunity to mentor peer PMs, and grow with a fast-scaling business.
