Program Manager II, Hardware Supply Chain, Google Cloud

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Subject Matter Expert and Program Leader within Infrastructure Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, you will lead large-scale, cross-functional programs to deliver on high-priority Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Develop, define, and lead top-level OKR's in an ambiguous setting across Infrastructure Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering teams.
- Identify and deliver on opportunities to develop new, integrate, or modify existing processes and tools to improve product availability and supply chain scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity.
- Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations. Work closely with partner teams to manage program changes.
- Use AI to automate end-to-end processes, streamline coordination, and accelerate the execution of your programs and improve decision velocity and operational efficiency.
- Follow our hybrid approach within 2-3 days in our Sunnyvale, CA office. For those not currently local to the Bay Area, relocation will be required.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain and hardware manufacturing environments.
- Experience in risk management, change management and data center operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in hardware planning, supply chain network design, or factory manufacturing operations.
- Experience using data analysis and visualization tools to drive operational decisions.
- Experience working with teams on initiatives surrounding AI or other emerging technologies.
- Developed leadership, problem solving, creative and strategic solutioning skill sets.
- Effective communicator of project requirements and schedules.
