The UAB Division of Infectious Diseases seeks a Program Manager II to support the Medical Director of HIV Prevention by overseeing the programmatic, financial, and administrative operations for the HIV prevention program. This position will focus on the PrEP Clinic and support other HIV prevention efforts for the Division. This position will interface with multiple groups across the UAB enterprise, including pharmacy, accounting, billing, and other key stakeholder group.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies to ensure compliance with 340B STD program.
• Oversee program to ensure strict adherence to compliance policies.
• Research Writing and Editing-directs and implements the development and revision of research papers, provides oversight and guidance on manuscripts prepared by lab staff, identify and submit to relevant publishers, and ensures all written content meets publication standards
• Interface with division leadership and CFAR to support program budget and financial oversight, including purchasing as allowable and necessary.
• Oversee long-acting injectable PrEP program, including product procurement, patient scheduling, and interfacing with clinic staff to ensure appropriate administration and documentation.
• Ensure PrEP clinic schedule of providers and patients.
• Interface with 340B contract pharmacies to review pharmacy agreements and reports; ensure revenue and costs are tracked and accounted.
• Work with CFAR finance to oversee this.
• Oversee and ensure ADPH STI testing program, including STI testing collection, transport, and result reporting.
• Interface and collaborate with Clinic leadership to ensure necessary clinical support staff
• Maintain IRB and research regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and ensure data collection and reporting for PrEP program
• Interface and assist with PEaCE Team, including HIV testing program
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range\: $51,270 - $83,300
