Summary
Oversees integration of healthcare projects across military echelons, managing contracts and coordinating with BUMED leadership to align quality control and program management plans for DoD health systems.
Functional Responsibility:
- Responsible for working with BUMED directorates at Echelon II to integrate work at Echelon I, BUMED Echelons (III-V), and with the Fleet and Marine Corps on similar efforts.
- Manage the project and be the primary point of contact for the COR.
- Interface directly with the BUMED COR on a regular basis (to be coordinated with the COR during the project kick off meeting).
- Meet with BUMED COR, within one week of task order award, to discuss the Quality Control Plan and the Program Management Plan leading to drafts for final approval.
Minimum Education and Experience requirements:
- Master's degree plus 10 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience supporting DoD customers or in DoD-related areas; experience with health systems is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
- SECRET security required
