Program Manager - Infra

We are looking for a Program Manager – Infrastructure to join a strategic project, ensuring the coordination and successful delivery of multiple workstreams within a large-scale technology transformation initiative.

Your Mission

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple streams, ensuring alignment between teams and maintaining visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies across the programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the execution of multiple project streams;
  
• Ensure alignment and collaboration between different teams and business areas;
  
• Act as a facilitator across multiple stakeholders and organizational functions;
  
• Consolidate and centralize reporting activities with the PMO;
  
• Track programme progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones;
  
• Provide structured updates and status reports to executive stakeholders;
  
• Support decision-making through clear communication and effective governance practices.
  

Requisitos

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Program Management or large-scale Infrastructure projects;
  
• Strong ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders;
  
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams simultaneously;
  
• Ability to build bridges between different departments and act as a facilitator across the organization;
  
• Good understanding of Data Center environments and related technologies, including:
  • Infrastructure solutions;
    
  • Networking, Switching and Security;
    
  • Cloud solutions;
    
  • Provisioning and operational processes;
    
  • Service delivery and post-sales environments;
    
  • Cost management and budgeting concepts;
    
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
