A day in the life
You might start your morning facilitating a training for the merchandising organization, then build an interactive module in Articulate or edit a video walkthrough for a new tool feature. Between meetings, you're uploading courses and analyzing metrics in Amazon Learn, authoring launch communications, reviewing a teammate's curriculum with fresh eyes, writing a learning plan proposal, organizing training materials, or booking locations for in-person events. Every day blends creative design, hands-on facilitation, and operational coordination.
