Job Title: Program Manager - Insurance (P&C)

Job Objective:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive account growth, P&L, operational excellence and client relationships within the Insurance/BFSI domain. The role involves managing large delivery programs, identifying business growth opportunities and ensuring high-quality service delivery while building strong client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own account P&L, revenue growth, profitability, budgets and operational performance.

- Drive client relationships, renewals, extensions, cross-selling and new business opportunities.

- Lead end-to-end service delivery, program management and operational governance.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization and business transformation.

- Manage and mentor delivery teams, drive performance management and build leadership capabilities.

- Ensure effective resource planning, utilization and workforce management.

- Collaborate with sales and business teams on proposals, solution development and client presentations.

- Drive innovation, technology adoption and industry best practices to enhance client value.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in Insurance/BFSI domain, preferably Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.

- Experience working with US P&C Insurance clients is highly preferred.

- Proven experience in P&L management, account growth and large-scale delivery management.

- Strong understanding of program/project management, operational metrics and financial management.

- Excellent client management, stakeholder management and business development skills.

- Strong leadership, people management and strategic planning capabilities.
