Position title: Program Manager IV
Location: Arlington, Virginia
Clearance required: SECRET
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Act as the primary contractor liaison to the Government and the COR/ACOR(s), managing the client relationship and providing all required contract reports and deliverables, including the Bi-Weekly Activity Report.
- Directly supervise all contractor personnel, ensuring high-quality performance and resolving issues.
- Fulfill all contractual staffing obligations and oversee the personnel security process to ensure 100% compliance with clearance and briefing requirements.
- Team Training & Development: Provide contractor personnel with continuous training on skills, policies, and procedures to maintain a knowledgeable and compliant workforce.
