JOB TITLE: PROGRAM MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity within an agile defense enterprise of under 60 employees. You will direct the 16-month delivery and long-term sustainment of a USSF fitness monitoring capability, owning the schedule, risk management, and delivery of all programmatic deliverables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate cross-functional technical pods, manage subcontractor and hardware logistics, facilitate government stakeholder kickoff and status meetings, and govern project execution utilizing our internal Office 365 and SharePoint infrastructure.
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Active PMP Certification.
EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of DoD Program Management.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or IT Management .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree (MBA/MS).
- DAWIA PM Level III.
- Prior Space Force acquisition experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Standard Office Environment.
TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
- Up to 15% for Government stakeholder meetings.
