Responsibilties
- Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and daily oversight of youth and community development initiatives across all operational locations.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive program records, tracking systems, and primary communication platforms to ensure data integrity.
- Serve as the central liaison for internal staff, youth ambassadors, and external community stakeholders, coordinating meetings and disseminating timely updates.
- Develop and compile routine performance reports, data dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership review and funding partners.
- Monitor budget utilization and manage the administrative logistics required for community workshops and training sessions.
