The role combines program management, business analysis, process improvement, financial analysis, and executive stakeholder engagement. You will take ownership of initiatives from initial concept and business case development through implementation and benefit realization. Working across functions such as Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Product, you will align teams around shared objectives and priorities. You will establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide leaders with clear insights to support critical decisions. Accountabilities
- Lead large-scale strategic programs and transformation initiatives from inception through successful delivery and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Establish effective governance structures, steering committees, reporting processes, and executive-level communication mechanisms.
- Manage program scope, risks, issues, dependencies, resource priorities, and change requests across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
- Facilitate decision-making among executive stakeholders, business leaders, and project teams by providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, benefit realization plans, and supporting financial assessments for strategic initiatives.
- Track and communicate program performance, including schedule adherence, budget status, risks, milestones, and realized business benefits.
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders across Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, Product, and other business functions.
- Prepare executive presentations, steering committee materials, status updates, and strategic communications for leadership reviews.
- Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, adoption strategies, and change readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and help translate them into practical transformation initiatives.
- Apply program and project management best practices, methodologies, tools, and standards to improve delivery consistency and effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across teams while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with enterprise strategy and expected outcomes.
- Support portfolio management and governance activities across multiple strategic programs and priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, management consulting, operational improvement, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple business functions within a matrixed or enterprise environment.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, including planning, governance, risk management, resource coordination, and financial oversight.
- Proven ability to develop business cases, ROI analyses, financial assessments, and benefit realization strategies.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate alignment across diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as project and program management platforms.
- Experience with portfolio management, program governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Experience in management consulting or enterprise business transformation environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with process automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business solutions is preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining strong attention to execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement.
- Competitive annual base salary of $98,700–$128,000, depending on geographic market, skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors.
