Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a focus on overseeing projects through the software development lifecycle (SDLC). As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and operations, to drive project success and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage program initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including team members and senior management. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. - Utilize Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira to manage project workflows and track progress. - Ensure adherence to best practices in program management and SDLC processes. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes. Required Skills: - Proven experience in program management and project management office (PMO) functions. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies. - Experience with project management tools, particularly Jira. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
