Summary
Oversees daily operations and administration of a LifeMoves interim supportive housing program in Santa Clara: supervising program staff, ensuring effective client services, managing budgets and monthly/annual reporting, and maintaining compliance with Fair Housing, HUD, TCAC, and COS regulations. Full-time, in-office role, Monday through Friday.
Schedule: Monday To Friday In Office (Occasional Weekend Needed)

LifeMoves is the largest and most effective provider of interim housing and services for homelessness in Silicon Valley since 1987. Our Mission is to end homelessness by providing interim housing, supportive services, and building collaborative partnerships. With over two dozen interim supportive housing communities and more on the way, LifeMoves gives our neighbors experiencing homelessness a temporary place to call home while providing intensive, customized case management through site-based programs and community outreach.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of a LifeMoves program. In collaboration with the Program Director, the Program Manager ensures the effective delivery of client services, supervises program staff, and maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. This role provides leadership in program development, operations, and community engagement to support LifeMoves’ mission of ending homelessness. Additionally, the Program Manager fosters a collaborative work environment, upholds program quality standards, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and budgetary guidelines..
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist the Program Director with administration and coordination of activities and programs, and in ensuring that all program objectives are met
● Ensure the delivery of all client services in a professional, ethical and effective manner
● Meet program operations goals while maintaining program within budget
● Cultivate and maintain a positive relationship with the staff
● Provide information and referrals as needed; crisis intervention.
● Ensure that staff’s case files are kept up-to-date, thorough, and accurate
● Supervise program staff
● Maintains a working partnership with local community groups, including government officials
● Assists Program Director with the completion of monthly variance budget reports, annual budget preparation, and monitor fiscal status of the property of the program
● Obtains all required program certifications, remains current with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. Fair Housing, HUD, TCAC, COS), and ensures clients and staff are in compliance
● Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports which include, but are not limited to the following: rent, subsidy and participant amounts; occupancy rate; participant demographic information and program eligibility; and socio-economic data for purposes of monitoring, and biannual Strategic Leadership Review and department open house.
● Perform other duties as assigned
