Program Manager, LINCS and CFTTP
WCMHS is seeking a clinician experienced in trauma work, with the leadership and collaboration skills to manage community-based, phase-oriented trauma treatment programs for adults and families. This program is team-oriented, working with clients and other providers to help clients develop stabilization skills and establish emotional and psychological safety in the broader context of their lives.
This manager is a working leader, providing supervision to a team as well as case management, clinical support, and community support to clients served by the program.
Summary of Duties
- Supervise two LINCS clinicians
- Provide case management in collaboration with WCMHS and other agencies serving adults and families
- Provide assessment and stage one trauma treatment interventions to promote safety and stabilization skills
- Collaborate with client and trauma treatment team with referrals to appropriate providers and community support
- Provide support services including (but not limited to) outreach visits, benefit access, parenting and independent living skills, and transporting clients where clinically indicated
- Keep timely, accurate records in electronic records syste

The pay salary range for this position is $68,286.40 to $71,760.00 per year.
