Analytical and Methodological Expertise: Mastery of quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluative methods addressing complex org. issues, including developing new methodologies, evaluating complex data, and performing statistical analysis.

Strategic Planning and Program Management: Develops, evaluates, implements, and organizes large-scale plans and programs. This involves coordinating with senior leaders, understanding long-range implications, and directing program activities.

Leadership and Supervision: Leads, supervises, and provides guidance to a division, including planning work, setting priorities, evaluating performance, handling personnel matters in Payroll Support, Change Management, and Travel Programs.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of management, including political appointees, general officers, and senior executives.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Negotiating and persuading, with the ability to represent the agency in dealings with other DoW components and other government agencies.

Knowledge of DoW/DISA missions, structures, management, and budgeting (PPBS/appropriations). Expert in Joint Travel, DTMO, manpower policies, Fourth Estate tracking system, DoD Cyber Excepted Service instructions, and administrative regulations.
