Description

Master works is seeking a program manager to oversee data-related programs and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, stakeholder communication, and Agile practices.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
  • Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.
  • Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in program and portfolio management.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • More than 5 years of hands-on experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within data-focused projects.

Languages:

  • Arabic – Mother tongue
  • English – Native/fluent

Preferred certifications:

  • PMP / PgMP / RMP (PMI)
  • Agile certifications
