PROGRAM MANAGER
Summary
Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to plan, execute, and deliver acquisition programs for Marine Corps Aviation, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
You will serve as a Level II Program Manager within a Program Office under the Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive Marine Corps Aviation (DPAE(A-MCA)).
You will lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to plan, execute, and deliver assigned acquisition programs within established cost, schedule, performance, and risk parameters.
You will develop and implement acquisition strategies, integrated program plans, and long-term roadmaps supporting system development, production, and sustainment.
You will identify, justify, and manage program resources, including funding, personnel, facilities, and contracts, while monitoring program risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
You will integrate requirements and coordinate across functional areas and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives and operational requirements are achieved.
You will represent the program office to senior leadership and DoD organizations, providing program briefings, status updates, and recommendations on program execution and key issues.
