PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a Autonomous Maritime Platforms Signatures Technical Project Manager in the Surface and Undersea Vehicle Signatures, Mitigation, and Susceptibility (Department 70) of CARDEROCK DIV NS. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.

You will be the primary Department 70 point of contact pertinent to signature characterization and assessment of Autonomous Maritime Platforms, including Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUV) and other vehicles/appendages external to manned naval vessels.

You will be the primary POC coordinating cross-spectral, as well as inter- and intra-departmental efforts, associated with integration of both established and emergent signature areas pertaining to Autonomous Maritime Platforms.

You will be the primary POC for coordinating with internal and external personnel supporting the lifecycle of Autonomous Maritime Platforms, from R/D and acquisition to testing and in-service engineering.

You will interface with Department 70 SMEs in underwater and topside (acoustic/non-acoustic) signatures to ensure Autonomous Maritime Platforms maintain operational superiority over potential adversaries.
